Gala Porras-Kim is participating in the exhibition "Out of Place: A feminist look at the Collection" at the Brooklyn Museum.
The exhibition is organized around: the role of the museums and galleries, artworks that were created outside of the conventional artistic world and the feminist critiques of art hierarchies, with the objective of showing how artists can transform the preestablished cultural assumptions.
